Ready to start planning your dream wedding cake? Request a tasting and consultation and let's bring your vision to life together. Use the second form for consultations.
Request a Consultation →We recommend filling out our enquiry form 6-10 months before your date. We don't typically schedule appointments until you are at least 10 months out, as themes can change and it's much easier to finalise a design once you have a solid vision of your dream wedding.

No minimum at all! We love designing cakes for micro-weddings, intimate receptions, elopement parties, and everything in between.
A Groom's Cake is a wonderful Southern tradition representing the groom's interests or Partners. It's not required, but we're happy to design one during your consultation if you're interested!
Avoid placing your cake near speakers, heat lamps, fans, or sunny windows. Buttercream performs best at cool temperatures. When we deliver, if we find the location too warm we will try to work with your venue team to resolve it, but the room temperatureof the venue is ultimately out of our control & we cannot be held liable for the condition of ant cake/food item once it is out of our care and we are no longer present. When the cake gets too warm the buttercream/outside covering will budge, become soft/melt and slide down or away from the cake, this is all part of a cake getting too warm, kept in conditions that were not cold enough.
Yes! Delivery starts at $120 and is handled by our own decorators. Delivery spots book up fast, so please arrange early.

Liability — Pickup, Delivery & Venue Conditions If you or a third party elect to pick up your cake, you assume full liability and responsibility for the condition of the cake from the moment it is handed over — even if you are still on The London Baker premises. For orders that we deliver, our responsibility ends once the cake has been set up and we have departed the venue. Every delivered cake is photographed before our team leaves as proof of its condition at the time of departure. We are not liable for any damage, deterioration, or spoilage that occurs after we leave. Please be aware that while a venue may have air conditioning set to an appropriate temperature, we cannot control or guarantee the conditions maintained within the space. Factors such as doors being opened and closed, the number of people in the room, direct sunlight through windows onto the cake or box, proximity to heat sources such as ovens, grills, candles, or heat lamps, and other environmental factors can significantly raise the temperature around your cake — even in a climate-controlled environment. It is the responsibility of the client and/or venue coordinator to ensure the cake is kept in optimal conditions after our departure. We strongly recommend: Keeping the cake away from direct sunlight, windows, and heat sources. Ensuring the venue maintains a stable temperature of 66°F or below in the immediate area around the cake. Not leaving the cake unattended near kitchen areas, grills, or ovens .Refrigerating the cake until 1–2 hours before serving if conditions are warm. Ensuring cake stands are sturdy, level, and able to support the full weight of the cake . Refunds are not issued for damage or deterioration caused by improper venue conditions, handling, or storage after the cake has left our care — whether the order was collected or delivered. You assume full liability from the moment the cake is handed over. (Always Pre-cool your vehicle to the coldest setting and use a level surface, avoid Texas heat, unnecessary prolonged time in a car or outside of refrigeration.) etc.
